Manon Duverger presents the guidelines of the European Solidarity Fund for Ukrainian Films. The fund is financed by 16 film centres or ministries of culture from 13 European countries, together with the European Film Agency Directors’ Association. It aims to support the development and completion of Ukrainian feature films intended for first release in cinemas.
